Remove pesky ultimate indicator
Removes the ultimate indicator on the Fuel Gauge health bar that covers up part of the health bar, making people seem to be close to death when they are not. If you aren't in the know, add "+citadel_unit_status_use_new true" to your deadlock launch options to enjoy the fuel gauge health bar :)
