Ruby in Deadlock

This mod adds Ruby Hoshino's model, sound cues, and icons (replacing the Mine). This mod is in Pre-Beta testing and does not have all the implemented replicas that we would like. There are also no musical elements in it (POPIN2 should be playing during the ulta, but there are problems with it and it won't play)
