About this mod
Updated billy to have baggier pants since i thought his skinny legs were silly (Modified Victors pants) tucked in his shirt, color tweaks to unify his color pallete, and a sling on his smg for the lols (optional Please look at alternate downloads) EDIT: If you are having crashes as billy please get the latest V3 with bugfixes. Billy has gotten new walk cycles and it makes the sling look terrible id reccomend not using sling versions untill i can rework the physics to look better.
