Wraith dressed as Johnny Guilty Gear (XRD)

Gives Wraith Johnny's suit from Guilty Gear XRD Revelator 2. Very WIP, but the initial version of it is working. Will be updated soon with cloth physics once I figure that out, and with some changes to fix clipping with the coat.
