Removes Celeste's jacket. Adds tattoos to cover previously bare arms (optional). Feel free to use my arm textures in your recolors/model swaps if applicable (credit me). Choose one: Jacketless - makes jacket transparent (recolor compatible) Jacketless_tattoos - custom tattoos to cover bare arms (featured version)
