Adds a silly propeller hat for Viscous, the hat features a working propeller, which speeds up based on velocity. based on a drawing from theatreoflies on twitter/x I liek monstar trucks ------ plans ------- making better portraits somehow, if i *manage* to find someone that sounds like viscous, add a "i like monstar trucks" voiceline to the ult.
